Macelifting Code of Ethics of Conduct:
The following code of sports ethics is a set of rules and regulations, established by the IMF-International Macelifting Federation, in order to prevail the most important values of the Federation, aiming to develop the sport activity of Macelifting under its principles, in a respectful and integral way.
It is extremely important the ethical behavior, to respect the values, rules, the Institution, the representatives of each country, coaches, as well as judges and athletes, to strengthen the Macelifting community in the world.
The athlete must be loyal to the team and the organization.
The athlete must be disciplined in all activities scheduled by the IMF, schedules, regulated clothing, etc.
Every athlete must be responsible to accept the sanctions established by the Federation.
The athlete must respect the beliefs, customs and traditions of other athletes.
All macelifters must know and respect the Official Rules of the IMF so that all athletes compete on an equal way.
The IMF representatives of each country, as well as judges and athletes, must set an example and be committed to the Federation, while at the same time taking care of the values of Macelifting.
It is not allowed the lack of the athlete towards the IMF, athletes, judges and representatives of the countries.
The following points will be mandatory for all Macelifters:
a. To treat with justice and respect all members of the federation and other macelifters.
b.Act with honesty, transparency and integrity in all dealings, complying with the policies and procedures of the IMF.
c. It is essential to be aware of the code of ethics and its compliance, failure to comply with it will be grounds for expulsion in case of being a member, and not being able to participate in competitions of the Federation in case of not being a member. And being able to take away any category of macebell or title obtained in Macelifting.
The sporting ethics aims to ensure that the conduct of macelifters is loyal, honest, transparent and to observe the principles of sports loyalty and the rules and regulations that apply to the practice of Macelifting and the Institutions that organize it.
Macelifters are obliged to act in such a way that in all their activities related to the practice of Macelifting, they observe the principles of sporting loyalty and the rules and regulations that apply to the practice of Macelifting.
Commitment to the sport of Macelifting, with the team and the organization, are key for every athlete to develop optimally.
The code of sports ethics and the rules of conduct for Macelifters are intended to prevent intolerant attitudes in competitions and events.
Respect is a fundamental value for a sporting practice and a healthy evolution of the Macelifting community.
Código ético deportivo de conducta del Macelifting:
El siguiente código de ética deportiva es un conjunto de normas y reglamentos, que establece la IMF-
International Macelifting Federation, con el fin de prevalecer los valores más importantes de la
Federación, teniendo como objetivo desarrollar la actividad deportiva del Macelifting bajo sus
principios, de manera respetuosa e íntegra.
Es sumamente importante el comportamiento ético, respetar los valores, reglas, la Institución, los
representantes de cada país, entrenadores, así como jueces y atletas, para fortalecer la comunidad del
Macelifting en el mundo.
El deportista tiene que ser leal al equipo y a la organización.
El deportista tiene que ser disciplinado en todas las actividades programadas por la IMF, horarios,
vestimenta reglamentaria etc.
Todo deportista tiene que ser responsable para acatar las sanciones establecidas por la Federación.
El deportista debe respetar las creencias, costumbres y tradiciones de los demás deportistas.
Todos los macelifters deben conocer y respetar las Reglas Oficiales de la IMF para que todos los atletas
compitan en igualdad de condiciones.
Los representantes IMF de cada país, así como jueces y atletas deben ser un ejemplo y comprometerse
con la Federación, al mismo tiempo que cuidar los valores del Macelifting.
No está permitida la falta del deportista hacia la IMF, los atletas, jueces y representantes de los países.
Serán obligatorios para todos los macelifters los siguientes puntos:
a. Tratar con justicia y respeto a todos los integrantes de la federación y demás macelifters.
b. Actuar con honestidad, transparencia e integridad en todos sus tratos y actos, cumpliendo las
políticas y procedimientos de la IMF.
c. Es imprescindible tener conocimiento del código de ética y de su cumplimiento, ya que el no acogerse a éste será motivo de expulsión en caso de ser miembro o de no poder participar en competiciones de la Federación en caso de no serlo. Y pudiéndosele quitar cualquier categoría de macebell o título obtenido en Macelifting.
La ética deportiva tiene como objetivo que la conducta de los macelifters sea leal, honesta, transparente
y que observe los principios de lealtad deportiva y las normas y reglamentos que se aplican a la práctica
del Macelifting y a las Instituciones que lo organizan.
Los macelifters se obligan a actuar de tal forma que en todas sus actividades vinculadas a la práctica del
Macelifting se observen las normas de este código.
El compromiso con el deporte del Macelifting, con el equipo y la organización, son clave para que todo
deportista se desarrolle óptimamente.
El código de ética deportiva y las normas de conducta para los macelifters son con el fin de prevenir
actitudes intolerantes tanto en competiciones como en eventos. El respeto es un valor fundamental
para una práctica deportiva y una sana evolución de la comunidad del Macelifting.
