Interviewing Hanna Giorlando Carbonell, macelifter IMF Amateur, cat. 5 kg (USA) IMF: Hi Hanna, introduce yourself so we know you better. (How old are you, where do you live, where do you train? HGC: Hi, my name is Hanna, I'm 14 years old. I was born in the United States and  I live in Madrid, where I train. IMF: How and when did you start training with a mace? HGC: I started at the age of 9,  my father helped me start customizing me my first mace. IMF: What do you like most about Macelifting? HGC: That it is a fluid and dynamic movement. IMF: What advice would you give  children who want to start? HGC: Don't think you're too young to start  and enjoy doing it. IMF: What's your favorite swing, 300º or 360º. Why? Interview with Luis Ignacio Soriano Rivas. Macelifter IMF Amateur cat. 7.5 kg. IMF: Hello Luis Ignacio, introduce yourself so that we know you better (where do you live, where do you train?) LISR: I live in Requena (Valencia), I train at the Indoor Pool of Alboraya. With the Mace I train at home. IMF : How and when did you start training with mace? LISR: I started in the middle of 2017, when I bought a 5kg Mace, and thanks to your tips and videos I started training. I've had several long stop by injuries, injuries not because of the Mace. IMF: What do you like most about Macelifting? LISR: That it is a functional training, with a lot of history behind (Gada), and that I can apply this training to the martial art I practice (Eskrima de Combat). IMF: You are currently in the 7.5 kg mace category What do you think you need to reach the professional category (15 kg)? LISR: A lot of patience and tesson, it is a gradual progress.  IMF: What's your favorite swing, 300º  or 360º and wh
