Interview with Alain Sihali macelifter IMF Amateur, cat.  7,5 kg (Yoksuthaï, France) IMF: Hello Alain, please introduce yourself   (Where do you live, where do you train?...) AS : My name is Alain, but my training partners call me « Mascotte ». I am 62 years old. I live in Pouillon, a village in the Landes department. I train with the Yoksuthai club. Interview with Adrián Blanco, macelifter IMF Amateur, cat.  7.5 kg IMF: Hello Adrián, introduce yourself a bit more (Where do you live, where do you train?....) AB: Hello Giorlando.  I live in Tres Cantos, I train in the Move Up gym. With the mace mainly at home and sometimes at  parks  IMF: How and when did you start training with a macebell? AB: With mace  If I remember well 3 years ago, in Giorlando's course.  He lend me a mace with a weight below the competition ones (<5 kg) to be able to work technically.  Occasionally we would meet and Giorlando would lend me a 5kg mace (yellow in competition) and would teach me technic, working methods, rules of the modalities, etc.  The truth is I appreciate that. IMF: What do you like most about Macelifting? AB: The ability to stay focused and connect your entire body to the mace.  That both flow in the same system. IMF: What advice would you give to new macelifters who want to start practicing this sport?
