HGC: Hi, my name is Hanna, I'm 14 years old. I was born in the United States and  I live in Madrid, where I train. IMF: How and when did you start training with a mace? HGC: I started at the age of 9,  my father helped me start customizing me my first mace. IMF: What do you like most about Macelifting? HGC: That it is a fluid and dynamic movement. Interview with Luis Ignacio Soriano Rivas. Macelifter IMF Amateur cat. 7.5 kg. IMF: Hello Luis Ignacio, introduce yourself so that we know you better (where do you live, where do you train?) LISR: I live in Requena (Valencia), I train at the Indoor Pool of Alboraya. With the Mace I train at home. IMF : How and when did you start training with mace? LISR: I started in the middle of 2017, when I bought a 5kg Mace, and thanks to your tips and videos I started training. I've had several long stop by injuries, injuries not because of the Mace. IMF: What do you like most about Macelifting? LISR: That it is a functional training, with a lot of history behind (Gada), and that I can apply this training to the martial art I practice (Eskrima de Combat).
