IMF: Hi Hanna, introduce yourself so we know you better. (How old are you, where do you live, where do you train?
HGC: Hi, my name is Hanna, I'm 14 years old. I was born in the United States and I live in Madrid, where I train.
IMF: How and when did you start training with a mace?
HGC: I started at the age of 9, my father helped me start customizing me my first mace.
IMF: What do you like most about Macelifting?
HGC: That it is a fluid and dynamic movement.
IMF: What advice would you give children who want to start?
HGC: Don't think you're too young to start and enjoy doing it.
IMF: What's your favorite swing, 300º or 360º. Why?
HGC: My favorite swing is the 300º because I find it very dynamic and easy to master if you do it correctly.
IMF: Which Bulava Lifting test do you like best and why?
HGC: The Mill No Limit, because it's short and challenging.
IMF: If you were on an island and could only train with a mace, what weight would it be?
HGC: 5kg, because it's my current category.
IMF: How did coronavirus affect your workouts?
HGC: It affected in the sense that I had to emphasize in a general conditioning.
IMF: What do you think of the Double Swing 360 test?
HGC: I think it's quite challenging and entertaining. At first it's hard to coordinate, but when you start it is very relaxing.
IMF: How do you imagine Macelifting in ten years?
HGC: I see it as a universal sport, with international athletes of all ages practicing it.

IMF: Hola Hanna, preséntate para que te conozcamos mejor. (¿Cuántos años tienes, dónde vives, dónde entrenas?
HGC: Hola, me llamo Hanna, tengo 14 años. Nací en Estados Unidos y vivo en Madrid, donde entreno.
IMF: ¿Cómo y cuándo comenzaste a entrenar con maza?
HGC: Empecé a los 9 años por ver a mi padre, que me ayudó a comenzar customizándome mi primera maza.
IMF: ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del Macelifting?
HGC: Que es un movimiento fluido y dinámico.
IMF: ¿Qué consejos le darías a los niños y niñas que quieran comenzar a practicar este deporte?
HGC: Que no piensen que son muy jóvenes para empezar y disfruten haciéndolo.
IMF: ¿Cuál es tú swing preferido, 300° o 360°? ¿por qué?
HGC: Mi swing preferido es el 300° porque me parece muy dinámico y fácil de dominar si lo ejecutas correctamente.
IMF: ¿Qué prueba del Bulava Lifting te gusta más y por qué?
HGC: El Mill no limit, porque es de corta duración pero te pone a prueba.
IMF: Si estuvieras en una isla y solo pudieras entrenar con una maza ¿de que peso sería?
HGC: De 5kg, porque es mi categoría actual.
IMF: ¿Cómo afectÓ el coronavirus a tus entrenamientos?
HGC: Afectó en el sentido que tuve que poner énfasis en un acondicionamiento general.
IMF: ¿Qué piensas de la prueba Double Swing 360°?
HGC: Pienso que es bastante desafiante a la vez que entretenida. Al principio cuesta coordinarse, pero cuando lo logras desconectas.
IMF: ¿Cómo te imaginas al Macelifting dentro de diez años?
HGC: Lo veo como un deporte universal, con atletas internacionales y de todas las edades practicándolo.
